Buy Whole Foods Online Ltd, a successful family-run ecommerce business, is looking for a dedicated Stock Controller to join our friendly team at our Minster site. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day functions of Stock Control and Warehouse Administration, ensuring smooth operations and accurate inventory management across our busy distribution centre.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate a Reach Forklift competently and safely
* Maintain accurate stock levels using WMS (Warehouse Management System)
* Pull and replenish inventory to meet operational needs
* Carry out pick-face checks and identify/correct errors
* Prepare pallets for shipment
* Load and unload trucks and trailers using pallet jacks and forklifts
* Assist the Dispatch Supervisor and Replenishment Team Leader as required
* Maintain a clean and organised warehouse space
* Perform other duties as needed to support the smooth running of operations
Requirements
* Prior experience with stock control and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
* Ability to follow instructions accurately
* Practical skills in operating warehouse equipment (hand pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.)
* Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Preferred
* At least one year's experience in a similar stock control role
* Reach forklift licence (or prior experience)
* Experience with electric pallet jacks
* Prior experience handling warehouse paperwork

Please note: while this role is currently based at our Minster site, in 2027 we will be opening a new purpose-built dispatch warehouse in Dover, Kent. This role will therefore require relocation to our new Dover site at that time.
