About Our Client
Our client is based in Bournemouth, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the accountancy team needs additional support.
Job Description
* Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
* Maintain and reconcile the purchase ledger accounts.
* Handle supplier queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
* Prepare payment runs and ensure compliance with internal policies.
* Assist with month-end closing activities related to purchase ledger.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
* Contribute to improving processes within the accounting & finance function.
* Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the Purchase Ledger Clerk role, you must be able to do most, if not all of the above.
