Job Responsibilities
1. Deliver effective housing management services relating to Tenancy Sustainment, Allocations, Anti-Social Behaviour, Estate Management, Income Management, and Voids.
2. Provide clear information and advice to customers on relevant policies, legislation, and their tenancy obligations.
3. Engage with customers to develop and deliver local services in accordance with Scottish Social Housing Charter requirements.
4. Investigate and respond to customer contacts, including complaints, following the Scottish Public Sector Ombudsman (SPSO) complaints process and internal guidance.
5. Help to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships with stakeholders and partners.
6. Assist in the development and application of relevant policies, procedures, and best practices.
