Together, we will change car buying for good, by creating a frictionless and personal customer experience for the most discerning of customers WHAT TO EXPECT In this role as the Digital Content Writer you will be working across a variety of projects, across a multi-channel digital landscape, including app, online and in- car, you will be responsible for producing written content to inform, engage and motivate the user whilst delivering a user experience expected of a modern luxury brand. You will be working within a team, and reporting into the UX UI Chapter Lead. You will need to be a creative thinker with excellent writing skills, and your job will be to engage, inform and motivate the reader with concise copy that guides them through a digital product or service. You may also produce copy designed to convey product information centred around a number of our brands. Key Accounatabilities and Responsibilties Produce copy across web, app and in car, including product descriptions, email marketing communications and e-commerce platforms. Write copy with the user experience at the centre, to craft words that they feel compelled to respond to and to guide them to successfully complete a desired action. Create original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and that connects with the desired audience and drives the required action, acting as the voice of the customer. Stakeholder management, building relationships and working collaboratively with all related stakeholders. Project management including ownership of the review process, working with subject matter experts, when required, to revise copy based on feedback/ direction to ensure accuracy & compliance. Understand our brands positioning and target audiences and tailor content by comfortably varying the voice and style. Working collaboratively with UX UI designers to ensure that the visual elements complement and work with the copy. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Professional Customer facing copywriting experience (preferably in the luxury space). A qualification in English, journalism or creative writing and/or significant equivalent experience A strong online portfolio to showcase your copywriting skills and experience. Excellent writing ability, with the confidence to write in different styles. A level of understanding of digital marketing to ensure the relevance of your output. Good organisational skills to manage multiple projects across competing deadlines. and strong interpersonal & communication skills.
