Registered Manager – Therapeutic Community (Liverpool, L36) Salary: £50,000 Full-time, Permanent Contract with On-Call Duties We are looking to recruit a dedicated Registered Manager to lead one of our clients Therapeutic Communities located in Liverpool (postcode L36). This is a 4-bedded children’s home rated Good by Ofsted. About the Role: As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership, direction, and day-to-day management of the residential children’s service. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of care, supporting young people to thrive, and maintaining compliance with Ofsted regulations. You will also manage staff, budgets, and deliver unmatched support to the children within our care. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage all aspects of the residential home’s operations * Ensure children receive outstanding care and support to achieve the best possible outcomes * Manage and support your team to deliver exceptional childcare * Maintain compliance with all Ofsted standards and regulations * Oversee budgeting and resource allocation Job Requirements: * Significant experience working in residential childcare settings * At least 1 year’s experience as a Registered Manager in a Children’s Residential Care setting * Proven track record of delivering good outcomes with Ofsted * Strong managerial and leadership skills * NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or willingness to work towards this qualification * Commitment to delivering high-quality care * In-depth knowledge of EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties), SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), and other complex/challenging behaviours Rewards & Benefits: * 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays * NEST pension scheme * AXA health care package This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people in a supportive and dynamic environment.
