We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Manager to join the Cadence team, and manage the day to day running of one of our Clubhouse's.
We are looking for an experienced manager who can deliver excellent coaching to empower and lead their team to success, reliably provides and receives feedback and manages their priorities well, supports the development of Cadence as the company grows, is passionate about executing and living out the brand values of heart and home, is knowledgeable of how to achieve/deliver the Clubhouse financial budget and finally, embodies teamwork, by understanding that your team is at the heart of your Clubhouse's success.

What we are looking for
* To deliver excellence in customer service, preparation and delivery of food and beverages in a consistent professional manner. We proud ourselves on knowing locals names and orders.
* To develop and maintain relationships with customers, staff, landlords and suppliers.
* To train, conduct monthly appraisals and manage/supervise café staff ensuring they are professional, timely, presentable and enthusiastic.
* To follow daily opening procedures for food preparation, storage and display.
* Oversee daily coffee machine and grinder cleaning, maintenance and dialling in.
* Ensure grinder calibration is recorded daily.
* Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and served in a hygienic professional manner in line with company procedures.
* Use the SUMUP Goodtill system to generate daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales, staff costs, stock holding and waste.
* Manage staff and food costs to ensure they are within budget each month
* To manage stock by analysing monthly stock reports and by ensuring the team follows processes
* Manage deliveries, routinely check prices and organise stock.
* To manage our onsite waste, ensuring food waste and disposables are organised, recycled and composted in line with company environmental strategy.
* Prepare and deliver data on staff hours for payroll ensuring that rotas are commensurate with business requirements.
* To collect social media content where possible for the marketing team, of your Clubhouse
* To maintain and inspect all company property and hired equipment to ensure any maintenance issues are highlighted before issues arise.
* Trouble shoot, maintain and pre-empt problems that could affect ability to deliver services.
* Hire, coach and manage your team
* Support team in their training & development
* Responsibility for ensuring Health & Safety measures & regulations are adhered to using BrightSafe
* To cash up, secure the cafe and close up the site at the end of a shift
* Hit sales and labour targets
* Grow sales year on year
Requirements
* Experience running a team in the food & beverage (preferably coffee) industry
* Own transport is essential - some of our locations are a bit off the beaten track
* Ability to work weekends & bank holidays
* Current First Aid & Food Hygiene Certificates a bonus
* Comfortable Solo Working, as mid-week shifts will only need one staff member during the off-peak months
