Homecare Assistant Responsibilities:
* The ability to understand the individual needs of the clients
* Good communication skills
* To be responsive to the changing needs of the individuals
* Personal care duties
* Support to assist with medication duties
* Light housework
* Food preparations
* Social outings and appointments
* No previous experience is required; however, you must have a compassionate nature and understanding of the client group. You must also want to have a desire to make a difference in other people's lives.
