Dispatch Operative – 4 Day Week Monday to Thursday | Late Shift | No weekends Looking for a varied warehouse role with driving duties and a 4-day week? We’re hiring a Dispatch Operative to support our goods-in and goods-out operations in our factory, based in Braintree. This is a hands-on role combining warehouse work, dispatch —ideal for someone reliable, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the goods-in and goods-out process Unloading deliveries and checking materials against purchase orders Ensuring all materials are correctly labelled and traceable Packing and preparing products for dispatch (parcels & pallets) Booking and coordinating courier collections Carrying out local drop-offs and collections using the company vehicle Putting stock away and maintaining organised warehouse locations Using our system to create delivery notes and track orders Supporting production teams when required Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and organised What We’re Looking For Full clean UK driving licence Age 25 (insurance requirement) Reliable, punctual and hands-on Comfortable with manual handling and physical work Strong attention to detail (checking orders, batch numbers, paperwork) Able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure Basic computer skills Positive attitude and team player What You’ll Get Competitive hourly rate, starting at £13.50 4-day working week Monday to Thursday, 1:30pm to midnight.
