Recruitment Consultant – Belfast City Centre
Salary: £26,500-£30,000 base salary (OTE Year 1 £40,000+)

Role Responsibilities
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, working directly with long-standing clients and candidates within your market.
* Keep candidates informed throughout the process, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to placement.
* Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements.
* Source new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
* Build a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, referrals, and networking.
* Facilitate negotiations for both clients and candidates and manage the offer process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
* Stay up to date with key trends within your specialist area.

Requirements
* Sales experience, experience generating business leads, and experience in a telephony role (inbound or outbound).
* Ability to thrive in a competitive environment, handle high-pressure situations, maintain professionalism and confidentiality, and demonstrate teamwork and effort.
