This post will be based at Perth Royal Infirmary The Administrative Assistant will provide a comprehensive range of secretarial and administrative support for the department supporting SCN’s & Senior Nurses within the Medicine Division over Perth Royal Infirmary and Ninewells Hospital. You will work mainly unsupervised and will be required to act on their own initiative when dealing with day to day issues. We are looking to recruit a flexible individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A high level of literacy and attention to detail are all attributes that are required for this post. Applicants should have a good educational background and a secretarial/business administration qualification or equivalent experience is essential. You will be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications including MS Teams and Excel and possess a working knowledge of Once for Scotland Policies. You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
