This role is to provide comprehensive administrative support for Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy in our Rehab Reception, Perth Royal Infirmary. To undertake a range of clerical duties required to maintain the smooth running of our Reception and enable the teams to achieve their objectives and meet required deadlines. The Reception Team are the first point of contact for patients entering the Rehab Unit. Excellent communication skills are essential to this role as well as a working knowledge of all Microsoft applications. You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
