Responsibilities
* Coaching and mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams in Lean-Agile principles and practices.
* Proactively identifying and removing impediments, risks, and dependencies that hinder delivery.
* Driving a culture of continuous improvement and fostering an environment where teams can learn, adapt, and optimise processes.
* Orchestrating key events such as PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and System Demos.
* Guiding the Agile Release Train on delivering high-quality, customer-centric solutions on time while maximizing business value.
* Serving as the primary mentor and coach for Scrum Masters and supporting their development, enabling teams to perform effectively.
