About The Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will assist the Sous Chef & Head Chef in delivering the Butlins food propositions.
You will be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to set recipes and brand standards.
Managing small teams of commis chefs, you will ensure the delivery of food in compliance with food safety policies. You will be enrolled in our award-winning Butlins Chef Academy to develop your skills in a fun and educational environment, supporting your progression to more senior roles.
In this role, you will deputise in the absence of the sous chef, oversee daily operations in your section, and ensure efficiency and safety standards are maintained.
You will keep your workstation clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations, and lead, train, and mentor commis chefs with guidance and support.
Your responsibilities include preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes, completing daily food diaries, and managing budget margins with support from the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

A Level 3 Food Safety qualification is required, along with confidence in leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
You will also be responsible for managing margins, controlling costs, and maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards.
This is a full-time, permanent role, with guaranteed 35 hours per week, working 5 days over 7, including weekends and late finishes.
Shift times vary from 7am to midnight. Accommodation may be provided for those relocating.
