NOW HIRING REMOTE SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES

***MUST live in Western NY - (Rochester, Buffalo, or Syracuse areas)

Account Management Associates primary responsibilities are to manage account service entitlements and administer billings for Service Contracts, Software Assurance, Time and Material service and Professional Services.

Daily Tasks:

oProcessing maintenance agreement orders

oWarranty registrations

oBilling for time/material calls

oCommunicating with external customers (email and outbound calls for lapsed contracts)

oSupporting account management and customer retention

oPrimarily back-end support (processing, admin tasks)

oSome outbound calls for renewals (not cold calling)

oMay provide quotes if requested, but not responsible for new sales

Experience & Qualifications

o3–5 years in business environment (order processing, sales/service)

oDegree is preferred but not required

oFamiliarity with Microsoft Office and possibly Salesforce

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Rochester, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $ $20.00/hr.
