An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Solicitor / Senior Associate / Partner / Head of Department to lead a growing Clinical Negligence Department based in Hull.
This leadership role offers the chance to shape strategy, manage a skilled team, and handle complex, high-value clinical negligence cases. Working closely with national heads of department, you’ll drive performance and support the continued success of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a clear strategic plan for the department’s future growth and success.
* Team Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, providing strong leadership and direction.
* Training & Development: Ensure your team receives the guidance and support they need to thrive.
* Financial Oversight: Monitor the department’s financial performance, driving profitability and efficiency.
* Technical Expertise: Act as the lead solicitor on complex, high-value cases, supporting your team with technical guidance.
* Performance Management: Ensure the department hits agreed KPIs and continues to deliver exceptional results.
