They are looking for a charismatic, driven engineer with hands to build on success and improvements.Role & Responsibilities:Operate, program, and optimise CNC machines and robotic systems to support production and quality targets.Perform routine and preventive maintenance, minimising machine downtime and ensuring equipment reliability.Support new product introduction and continuous improvement of machining processes.Conduct safety checks and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.Assist with machinery installations, upgrades, general maintenance, and in-house part manufacturing.Lead by example, supporting and training team members while promoting a clean, efficient, and collaborative work environment. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, fitting, or assembly, with basic electrical knowledge preferred.Skilled in using hand tools, workshop equipment, and precision measuring instruments.Familiar with CNC/robot programming (e.g.
