Are you the right person for the job?
* Proven experience in a similar role at Sous Chef level or strong experience as a Senior Pastry Chef
* Strong leadership and communication abilities
* Oversee the pastry section, ensuring the creation of exceptional desserts and baked goods
* Develop and innovate seasonal menus that reflect our culinary identity
* Lead and mentor a team of pastry chefs, fostering a collaborative and efficient kitchen environment
* Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment
* Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organised workspace
What will your role look like?
* Lead the pastry section with confidence, managing daily operations and maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation
* Develop and execute seasonal dessert menus in line with the restaurant’s vision
* Work collaboratively to craft seasonal menus and complementary tasting experiences
* Supervise junior pastry chefs and ensure training standards
* Maintain strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
