We have an exciting opportunity for a housing professional with the skills and knowledge to oversee and supervise our income collection and arrears management service.
You will be committed to meeting key performance targets and service standards and lead by example in the delivery of excellent customer service.
The role - What I'll be doing
The main purpose of this role is to direct and lead a team of Income Officers to maximise Salix Homes' rent and service charge collection, providing a high-quality customer focused service which supports our customers to enable them to pay their rent and sustain their tenancies.
What we're looking for
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of rent collection, arrears management and debt recovery processes.
You will be someone who can confidently lead and direct the performance of the income team ensuring that income collection is optimised at all times within a culture of customer support.
