Key Responsibilities:
* Process Design and Optimization:
Designing and developing efficient manufacturing processes, including production layouts, workflows, and equipment selection.
* Quality Control:
Ensuring that products meet defined quality standards and implementing quality control measures throughout the production process.
* Equipment Management:
Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment and machinery.
* Safety Compliance:
Ensuring that all production activities adhere to relevant safety regulations and protocols.
* Collaboration:
Working closely with other engineers, production staff, and stakeholders to ensure smooth production operations.
* Training and Support:
Providing training and technical support to production personnel on new processes and equipment.
* Cost Management:
Identifying opportunities to reduce production costs and improve profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CAD/CAM, simulation software, and data analysis tools.
