* Promote positive behaviour management strategies and foster resilience and self-confidence

* Encourage pupil engagement in extracurricular activities, school events, and enrichment programs

* Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and leadership to ensure consistent standards and a cohesive teaching approach

* Maintain accurate records of attendance, achievement, and progress, and provide feedback to parents and leadership

* Participate in professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching practice

* Support school initiatives, including literacy, numeracy, digital learning, and wellbeing programs

* Model high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and conduct in line with school policies

The Ideal Candidate

The school is seeking a KS2 Teacher who:

* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Has experience teaching KS2 pupils, ideally across Years 3–6

* Is enthusiastic, creative, and committed to inspiring pupils

* Can differentiate teaching to meet diverse learning needs, including SEND and EAL

* Uses effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive classroom culture

* Is committed to fostering a love of learning and developing life-long skills

* Works well collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider community

* Is adaptable, resilient, and ready to start ASAP

Desirable experience:

* Leading subjects or initiatives across KS2

* Experience with digital learning platforms

* Running extracurricular clubs or enrichment activities

* Knowledge of current national curriculum requirements and assessment frameworks
