Role Description
As Pharmacist Manager, you will:
* Lead and manage day-to-day operations across the pharmacy, laboratory, and dispatch teams.
* Collaborate with senior management to drive growth, enhance performance, and maintain the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including development of SOPs, inspections, audits, and clinical governance.
* Optimise pharmacy processes to improve efficiency, quality, and patient safety.
* Assess and mitigate operational risks through regular reviews and updates.
* Lead and motivate the pharmacy, lab, and dispatch teams, fostering engagement, teamwork and a positive work culture.
* Support business growth through clinical insight, innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
* Respond to customer enquiries and work with the Customer Service Manager to enhance service and customer experience.
* Oversee recruitment, induction, and training of team members.
* Contribute to product development, including new formulations and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
* GPhC registered Pharmacist with minimum 3 years experience.
* Proven leadership and people management experience with a focus on building high performing teams.
* Commercially focused with a drive for growth and continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive, ambitious, and committed to delivering outstanding patient care.
