What You'll Be Doing
* Accurately process customer orders from entry to delivery and invoicing
* Maintain and update customer records, CRM systems, and sales databases
* Prepare quotations, invoices, and order confirmations
* Liaise with customers to confirm order details and resolve queries
* Support the sales team with reports and performance data
* Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to resolve shortages
* Handle after-sales tasks including returns, replacements, and warranty claims
* Assist with general sales admin including scheduling and correspondence
What We're Looking For
* Experience in sales administration, order processing, or similar roles
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM/ERP systems
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Salary: £26,500 - £29,000
Expected hours: 40 per week Mon-Fri
Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
