Your new roleThis role is part of an HR Operations Team who are responsible providing the delivery of an efficient and effective generalist HR service to the organisation, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, but also working as an integral part of locality teams.As part of the HR Operations team, the People Partner will work closely with managers within the allocated localities to provide partner support ensuring the provision of expert HR management advice, including coaching managers, offering guidance on HR policy, employee relations and to support organisational change and workforce productivity initiatives.
What you'll need to succeedYou will need to be an experienced HR professional who is able to hit the ground in this interim assignment, including: Experience in a generalist HR role in a fast-paced medium-sized / large multi-site organisation – ideally unionised.
Solid knowledge of current employment legislation and case law – ideally CIPD qualified but not essential.
Experience of delivering HR related projects in a planned, organised and timely way
