We have a new opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our team within Vistry North Midlands, at our Swan Grange site. As our Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sales hub/development, managing the customer journey, maintaining records, and ensuring successful sales across multiple sites and house ranges.

Desirable qualifications include GCSEs or A Levels in relevant subjects.

* Adhere to SOPs, policies, and mandatory training
* Deliver excellent customer service and exceed expectations
* Assist with audits and maintain records using Vistry systems
* Represent Vistry professionally with stakeholders
* Proactively seek and follow up sales leads
* Negotiate and implement sales strategies
* Maintain knowledge of local market, developments, and schemes
* Manage customer reservations and cancellations
* Coordinate with site teams on build progress and customer info
* Maintain the sales environment and presentation standards
