At Home Instead Dundee & South Angus, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to older adults in the comfort of their own homes. We are looking for reliable, caring, and compassionate individuals to join our team as Waking/Sleeping Night Carers.
Position: Waking/Sleeping Nights Carer
Location: Dundee
Shift Hours: 2 week rotation 22:00 - 07:00
Week 1 - Monday, Saturday and Sun
Week 2 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and assistance during the night, ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients.
• Assist with mobility, toileting, and any necessary overnight routines.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Respond promptly to any client needs, ensuring their well-being throughout the night.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of care provided.
What We Are Looking For:
• Compassionate and caring individuals with a desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults.
• Reliable, punctual, and a great communicator.
• Experience is required for this role, ideally complex care experience.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Flexibility to cover various shifts (including weekends and public holidays).

Qualifications
Prior care experience is desired but not essential.
