Key Requirements
* Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer II (mandatory).
* Flows: Proven expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce Flows.
* Triggers: Experience in developing custom Salesforce Triggers.
* Apex: Strong proficiency in Apex programming.
