Senior Civil Engineer – Dams and Reservoirs
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Civil Engineer to join our Dams and Reservoirs team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead small‑to‑medium dam safety projects and bids, collaborating with specialists in geotechnical engineering, hydraulic structures, risk assessment and hydrology, and hydropower development.
* Represent Mott MacDonald in technical and consortia meetings and drive knowledge sharing and innovation through training and empowering others.
* Mentor and develop junior staff, providing guidance to support their professional development and promote a strong health and safety culture.
* Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and promote a vibrant health and safety culture and practice.
Location
Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leeds, Cambridge, Bristol – UK (flexible work policy; majority of time in listed offices).
