Key Responsibilities
* Be a role model – motivate and engage your team to bring the brand values to life everyday, always promoting an inclusive and positive working atmosphere and celebrating success.
* Own all sales and profit results, driving cost management of all aspects outlined on the P&L reporting, including payroll management, sales & KPIs.
* Deliver outstanding service to all customers, demonstrating role model behaviours for the team.
* Always communicate efficiently, both on the floor and behind the scenes.
* Develop and maintain relationships across the business with customers and community partners.
* Foster a supportive, productive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
* Consistently ensure policies, operational standards and procedures are communicated, understood and implemented, including security, people, health & safety and stock management.
* Identify innovative and creative methods to go above and beyond to boost customer loyalty and drive the brand locally within the community.
* Partner with the wider business to ensure prompt placement of stock and take responsibility for the smooth running of the store.
* Take responsibility for change management in the store, engaging your team to adhere to new ways of working within the brand.
* Create amazing customer experiences through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
Qualifications
* Experience in a management role, thriving in a fast‑paced, client‑focused retail environment.
* Commercial approach with a proven sales background and experience setting and delivering store KPIs.
* Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
* Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
* Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficient in POS systems.
* Budget management experience, including payroll and expenses.
* Exceptional customer service and team management skills with a proven track record of developing others.
* Interest in and awareness of market trends in the retail industry.
