Responding to last-minute care changes or emergencies to minimise disruption to service users. Communicating regularly and professionally with clients and their families to ensure their care needs are being met and any concerns are promptly addressed. Liaising with pharmacies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of medication for service users. Supporting the Registered Manager with the completion of client assessments and risk assessments to maintain safe and person-centred care planning. Building strong relationships with care staff to promote high standards of care. Ensuring all documentation and records are kept up to date and in line with CQC regulations and internal policies.
