Morson Talent are currently seeking a Project Accountant for our aerospace client based in Semley, Wiltshire.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts and financial plans
* Monitor project costs and track performance against budget
* Analyse variances and provide clear explanations
* Produce regular financial reports on project status
* Support project billing and invoicing
* Assist with month end and year end closing related to projects
* Identify financial risks
* Track costs and compare against budget
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting
* Experience with budgeting, cost control and forecasting
* Proficient with Excel and financial systems
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects
Contract Details
6 month contract initially
