About You and The Role As a Room Service Waiter/Waitress at The Newman, you will: Deliver a warm and efficient in-room dining experience, ensuring every order is beautifully presented and arrives on time Set up and clear trays and trolleys in line with our brand standards Take in-room dining orders by phone with accuracy, care, and professionalism Communicate clearly with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service Support the wider Food & Drinks team during busy periods or special events Work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and bank holidays With more hotels in the pipeline, this is an exciting time to join a growing hospitality brand where your career can flourish.
