Field Supervisor – Telecoms Projects
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to provide on-site technical supervision and support during the execution of telecoms projects. The role is responsible for ensuring solutions are implemented in line with contractual requirements, approved designs, and product guidance, while acting as the primary technical interface between field teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Provide technical supervision and on-site support during the project execution phase
*
Validate technical solutions defined during presales and ensure compliance with customer contracts and acceptance criteria
*
Ensure correct utilisation of software (SW), firmware (FW), and hardware (HW) releases in line with approved solutions and product house guidance (MN / NSW)
*
Support project preparation and planning by providing technical input and site readiness information
*
Act as the technical Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers and internal stakeholders on site
*
Provide technical support during FOA and system integration activities
*
Act as the focal point for major technical issue resolution, coordinating with engineering and product teams
*
Ensure all site activities are delivered in compliance with Health & Safety standards and company procedures
*
Support and deliver technical training to field teams where required
Skills & Experience
*
Proven experience as a Field Supervisor, Field Engineer, or Technical Supervisor within telecoms or infrastructure projects
*
Strong hands-on experience with SW, FW, and HW integration in live network environments
*
Experience supervising field teams and coordinating site activities
*
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues on-site
*
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
