What Youll Be Doing
Building and nurturing strong relationships with both clients and candidates Promoting our services to new and existing clients through phone and email outreach Developing and managing client accounts, delivering excellent customer service Sourcing, screening, and matching candidates to vacancies Conducting telephone interviews and assessing candidate suitability Writing and publishing engaging job adverts to attract top talent
What Were Looking For
Ambitious, self:motivated individuals with a strong work ethic Excellent communication and people skills Resilience and a target:driven mindset Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (advantageous but not essential) Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A :C) including English and Maths; A:Levels or a degree desirable
