This business is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Office Administrator / Front of House to join their team. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for clients, visitors and staff.
The Role
As the Office Administrator / Front of House, you will handle a wide range of administrative duties, provide support across departments and help uphold the company’s reputation for professionalism and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly, professional manner
* Answer and direct incoming calls, managing general inquiries
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and conference rooms
* Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence and reports
* Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception area
* Order and manage office supplies and stationery
* Assist with data entry, filing and record keeping
* Support internal communications across teams
* Organise travel arrangements for staff when required
* Contribute to quality assurance processes through data checks and entry
Experience & Skills Required
* Previous experience in a receptionist/administrative role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Proactive, approachable and professional attitude
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
