Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience designing and implementing integration solutions (APIs, ETL, microservices, ESBs) in complex enterprise environments. Hands-on expertise with middleware or iPaaS platforms. Strong programming skills (Java, C#, Python or similar), with a solid understanding of JSON, XML, REST, and SOAP. Experience architecting and maintaining data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouse/schema design. Skilled in Power BI (dataset design, modelling, report/dashboard delivery). Strong understanding of data governance, security, compliance, and performance tuning. Excellent communication skills able to engage confidently with both technical and business stakeholders. Responsibilities: Design and implement robust integration solutions (APIs, ETL, microservices, ESBs) and develop reusable patterns and frameworks for secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange. Select, configure, and manage middleware/iPaaS platforms, optimizing performance, availability, and security. Define data architectures, schemas, and ETL pipelines, embedding governance, quality, security, and lifecycle management. Collaborate with business teams to deliver high-quality Power BI dashboards and reports, designing optimized datasets for data-driven decisions. Work with internal teams and vendors to align integration strategy with business goals and produce robust documentation and best-practice standards. Mentor junior colleagues and have the potential to line manage and grow a small team as the function develops.
