Overview
Retail Sales Advisor role at Warren James Jewellers in Luton. This position focuses on delivering excellent in-store customer service and driving sales while promoting the Warren James brand.
Responsibilities
* Be part of a small team, following Warren James policies, procedures and processes to look after the shop and customers and maximise sales and customer numbers
* Create a welcoming environment and provide great one-to-one customer experiences
* Engage with day-to-day tasks including visual jewellery displays
* Develop and maintain a good knowledge of our jewellery
* Set a good example in all activities

* An ability to display a genuine passion for jewellery and customer service
* Promote a smart and well-groomed appearance reflecting the company’s public image
* An ability to work on your own initiative
* Enjoy working as part of a team and follow management instruction
* Attention to detail in everything you do
* Jewellery knowledge is not required as training is provided
