Job Role As a Key Account Manager, you will be working within the Sales & Marketing team, managing the Global distributor network. You will be expected to manage existing customers and serve their requirements, seek new global partner opportunities and represent the company at exhibitions, nationally and internationally. Main Duties
1. Management of the global ATL agent/distributor network, ensuring contractual engagement, compliance, and performance in line with business strategy
2. Where necessary, support processing of sales from the ATL agent/distributor network
3. Day-to-day running of a selection of distributors and accounts
4. Manage communications with customers in relation to all technical sales requirements
5. Liaise with the Design team to ensure all information is given at the enquiry stage and that the final design meets the customers’ needs
6. General sales duties where required, ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner and orders are processed quickly, accurately and consistently with the Sales procedures
7. Prepare necessary quotations ensuring procedures are followed, followed up and feedback are gained if a quote is rejected
8. Liaise with the Design team to ensure all information is given at the enquiry stage and that the final design meets the customers’ needs
9. Maintain up to date client contact details within Factory Master
10. Gain an understanding of the entire ATL product range and be able to answer or direct technical questions a customer may have regarding our products
11. Research and seek new sales opportunities via web, magazine articles or word of mouth through clients
12. Engage with and assist in export activities/requirements as necessary
13. Represent ATL at exhibitions, circuit events and customer visits where necessary
14. Ensure CRM and PLM systems are maintained with accurate and up to date information
15. Reply daily to daily Chases to ensure internal and external management of order process
16. Support the Finance team to ensure timely receipt of receivables and issue resolution
17. Complete fortnightly reports to Head of Sales
18. Use environmentally sustainable practices in accordance with our environmental policy
19. Seek ways to reduce waste and energy usage in accordance with our environmental objectives
You may be required to complete other tasks, as required by the business. Job Requirements
20. Any engineering-based degree / BTEC would be an advantage
21. Relevant industry knowledge/experience
Knowledge and Skills
22. Experience working within a B2B role is essential
23. Experience working within the Motorsport industry is desirable
Package
24. Salary £40, - £50, depending on relevant experience
25. 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
