We're now looking for a Sales Manager to take ownership of our sales channels, especially online channels including Amazon and our direct website, and drive measurable revenue growth.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for managing and growing our sales channels. That means optimising our product listings, running promotions, tracking sales performance, and ensuring our customers have the best buying experience possible.
You'll also work closely with our Marketing Manager to run campaigns that generate sales and with the operations team to make sure stock and fulfilment run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day sales performance across Amazon, our direct website and reseller channels
Optimise product listings, images, keywords, and on-site content in collaboration with marketing to maximise conversions
Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns on all sales channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy
Manage and optimise channel-specific PPC advertising (Amazon Ads, product-level Google Shopping)
Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
Liaise with operations to ensure stock availability and timely fulfilment
Track KPIs and report on revenue, margins, and channel performance trends
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in e-commerce sales management including amazon and other e-commerce platforms
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace best practices
Data-driven approach with solid analytical skills
Knowledge of PPC ad management (Amazon Ads, Google Ads)
Hands-on and proactive, with a focus on delivering measurable results
Experience in consumer electronics, pet products, or similar industries is a bonus
What We Offer:
£30k–£37k base + up to £10k performance bonus, depending on experience
Flexible hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
