Duties
* Assist in the preparation of meals and ingredients according to established recipes and standards.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all kitchen operations.
* Support the kitchen team in cooking and assembling dishes during service periods.
* Help with catering events by preparing large quantities of food as required.
* Clean and organise kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to ensure a safe working environment.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not essential.
* Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary techniques is advantageous.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy kitchen setting.
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards helping others.
* Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as needed.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs.

Mostly serving Pizzas and Burgers. Although some experience is preferred. Attitude is more important than experience. We can train up the right person.
This role is for Monday and Tuesday & Sundays
12-9/10.30 depending if Service is busy
