Birmingham Children's Trust puts children and young people at the centre of its work and is very passionate about participation and co-production, ensuring that our children, young people, families, parents, and carers have a say in the services they experience, as well as opportunities to develop and influence our practices.
The role is exciting and offers the right candidate the opportunity to work directly with children, young people, families, parents, carers, and youth and adult voice groups. It involves leading support from advocates for United and Unique’s children in care councils and care leaver forums, as well as coordinating, delivering, and supporting participation across the Trust.
This role is part of a dynamic service area that directly influences and promotes good practice and supports advocates and our rights and participation apprentices, enabling children and young people’s voices to be heard.
