What Youll Do
As a Home Care Assistant, your role is vital in helping our clients live independently and happily. Your daily tasks may include:
Assisting withpersonal careto help clients maintain hygiene, comfort, and dignity
Preparingmeals, drinks, and snacksto support nutrition and wellbeing
Helping witheveryday tasks: cleaning, shopping, laundry, bill paying
Supportingmedication routines(full training provided)
Offeringcompanionship and social support, helping clients stay connected with friends & family
Workingas part of a caring team, liaising with colleagues and healthcare professionals
Keepingaccurate, professional recordsand communicating effectively
