I am currently searching for a talented Branch Sales Supervisor to join our clients growing roofing & cladding business based in East Grinstead. Day to day as Branch Sales Supervisor you will: Oversee the small internal sales team, focusing on building valuable and loyal relationships with customers and merchants alike. Lead from the front, showcasing a 'best in class' offer whilst supporting and mentoring the team to develop their skills. Report directly into the leadership team, with a proactive and positive approach.
