This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Partnerships Lead to join Look Ahead, a charitable housing association supporting around 4,000 people across London and the South East, including those facing homelessness, mental health issues, learning disabilities, domestic abuse, and care leavers.
You should have experience in establishing programs, working independently, and developing corporate partnerships in charitable or non-profit organizations, even if they are not registered charities.
Flexible and part-time working options, including freelance arrangements, are considered.
This is a one-year fixed-term contract.
What You'll Do
* Partnership Development:
* Lead the development of a new corporate partnerships program, including researching, identifying, approaching, securing, and activating potential corporate partners.
* Create tailored proposals that align with Look Ahead’s mission, values, and strategic goals.
* Collaborate with Operations to identify partnership opportunities and maximize potential corporate support.
* Partnership Management:
* Develop and implement strategies to secure financial, in-kind, and employee support.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate stakeholders.
* Manage existing partnerships, ensuring clear communication and positive relationships.
* Expand relationships through corporate volunteering and social value activities.

* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse contacts.
* Excellent networking, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Minimum Requirements
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of developing successful fundraising relationships and securing significant gifts.
* Experience managing high-level supporters and understanding stewardship principles.
* Proactive, entrepreneurial, and target-driven approach.
* Creative, solution-focused mindset.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good financial and IT literacy.
* Excellent communication skills across various formats.
* Attention to detail, with good project and time management skills.
* Knowledge of GDPR legislation.
Desirable
* Knowledge of social value and ESG initiatives relevant to housing associations.
