We’re looking for a proactive and analytical professional to join our Trade Counter Resource Planning & MI team, someone who excels at identifying opportunities, enhancing processes, and providing high‑quality recommendations that elevate both colleague performance and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in transforming data into actionable insight. You’ll collate and analyse information from a range of reporting and software tools including Power BI, Power Automate & Excel build automated reporting solutions and support the delivery of accurate weekly and periodic insight. From spotting performance trends to investigating data anomalies, you’ll help ensure that our workforce planning, operational decision‑making, and service delivery continue to exceed industry leading standards.

Responsibilities
9. Support the Trade Counter Resource Planning & MI Manager in developing, maintaining, and running PowerBi reports.
10. Support the Trade Counter Resource Planning & MI Manager with collation of adhoc data requests.
11. Build automated data feeds and reporting where appropriate.
12. Identifying trends for Trade Counter workforce planning and operational performance.
13. Support weekly and periodic reporting, delivered accurately and on time.
14. Summarize complex data and dashboards and share insights on opportunities.
15. Investigate data issues or anomalies and work through the root causes to improve data quality.
16. Offer insight and recommendations on Customer, Commercial, Operational and People analysis
Qualifications
17. Experience in an MI, BI service or workforce analyst role
18. Strong analytical capability working with large datasets
19. PowerBi, including DAX and PowerAutomate experience
20. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft package, especially Excel.
21. An understanding of the below software/programming languages would be desirable but not essential:

24. Rotageek or similar WFM
25. SQL and Python
