As Restaurant Manager, you'll be at the heart of the operation — leading a passionate front-of-house team and working closely with the Head Chef to deliver a seamless, welcoming, and memorable service.
Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations
Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service and quality standards
Monitor performance, encourage upselling, and manage costs
Take ownership of rotas, recruitment, training, and performance management
Experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a quality hospitality setting is essential
