£27K basic + uncapped commission structure ( comms earnt upon signature of each new retailer acquired)

My client is a fast growth Point of Sale finance provider with 5 successful years of trading behind them. They are now profitable & entering the scale up phase with focus on client growth, increasing lending book & building brand out in the market.
Being PE funded & having multiple Bank provided debt lines in the market makes them a secure yet scaling business…
They are SME focused which has been a brilliant niche for them in the market – They are end to end tech enabled making them a popular amongst the SME market who are looking for speed & efficiency for their customers
We are now looking for talented Account Executive to support the Commercial team in acquiring new SME and MidMarket retailers who can partner with us to grow our lending book & offer POS finance to their customers.
Responsibilities:
* 50/50 split on conversion of warm inbound leads and prospecting new retailers to work with
* Management of full 360 sales cycle – Pitching our product, understanding if the retailer fits our appetite, ensuring credit & compliance are onboard and successfully closing the deal
* Working with marketing to help build sales collateral you can use to pitch and close both warm and cold leads
* Researching new market areas, what our pitch Is to those retailers & building our verticals out further
* Mixture of email, social media & telephone prospecting – Someone hungry, driven & enjoys pitching to new customers!
1. Requirements:
* Prior B2B sales experience – SDR, BDR, BDE, AE
* Confident communicator – Experience through email, telephony and social media
* Proven success in outbound prospecting
* Ability to work in start up / fast paced thriving environment
* Organised, self starter & driven individual
* Enjoys working with wider business to help you develop as a sales individual
