You will work closely with your supportive line manager to deliver the client(s) strategy, working to achievable and realistic targets and KPIs as well as performing your line manager duties. A key part of your role is ensuring that you deliver a first class customer service experience to our client groups. More about you Essentially this role supports a large portfolio of properties, so it is essential to have experience within the property industry, along with great customer service skills which will allow you to problem solve. The ideal applicant will have considerable experience working within a ‘KPI and target driven environment, with success measured through Operational excellence. Due to client-focussed nature of the role you will work closely with the wider Touchstone team and have the ability to build strong relationships through your excellent communications skills.
