Hours of Work and Salary:
9. Monday to Thursday, 07:30AM - 17:15PM
10. £12.68 PER HOUR
Dependant on experience and overtime where available
11. Overtime available at business discretion for any work from Friday
12. Sunday would be paid at premium overtime rates!
Responsibilities:
13. Sub-assembling components ready for assembly
14. Stripping and disassembling engine parts and components
15. Assembling parts in a set time period 'Takt time'
16. Visual quality checks
17. Using press power tools to insert friction fit parts
18. Setting & using torque wrenches
19. Using air & hand tools
20. Following standard works
21. Adhering to PPE and Health and Safety requirements
22. Some manual lifting
23. Working in a team or individually as required
24. High use of hand and vibration tools
Requirements:
25. Manufacturing, production or assembly experience
26. Experience using hand tools including air guns, drills etc.
27. An understanding of working to safe practices, adhering to health and safety requirements
28. Good team work and communication skills
29. Excellent attention to detail
30. PC / IT skills (training will be provided on in-house software)
