About the role

The Academy Administrator is responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the academy and its training programs. This role involves managing bookings, completing required forms, liaising with colleagues, and supporting the delivery of training courses. The Academy Administrator ensures that administrative processes run efficiently, contributing to a positive experience for both staff and learners.

As an Academy Administrator e you'll be responsible for:

1. Processing and managing course bookings and registrations.

2. Liaising effectively with colleagues across departments to coordinate activities and information.

3. Completing and maintaining forms, records, and documentation accurately.

4. Supporting the delivery of training courses and programs, ensuring sessions run smoothly.

5. Maintaining communication with learners, staff, and external stakeholders as required.

6. Providing a professional, organized, and welcoming environment for all academy participants.

To be successful in the role you should have:

7. Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.

8. PC literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; training will be provided on CRM systems.

9. A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.

10. A target- and objective-focused mindset.

11. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

12. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

13. A strong commitment to delivering customer service excellence.

14. The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
