We collaborate with brands, agencies, platforms, and cultural organisations to produce high-quality visual work with strong storytelling. As we expand our content slate and partnership network across the UK and global markets, we are looking for a strategic team member to help drive our next stage of growth.
The Role
We’re seeking an Account Manager / Business Development Manager to grow and strengthen our partnerships with brands, agencies, platforms, production partners, and creative networks.
This role connects creative vision with commercial opportunities, turning conversations and relationships into real productions.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with brands, agencies, platforms, and content collaborators
• Leverage local UK market networks to generate qualified leads and build long-term client relationships
• Convert existing relationships and new connections into tangible project opportunities
• Represent Patchwork Films at industry events, meetings, festivals, and networking activities in London and beyond
• Prepare and deliver proposals, pitch materials, creative decks, and collaboration outlines
• Work closely with the founders and production team to turn leads into confirmed projects
• Manage communications, follow-ups, negotiations, and client care
• Track industry trends and emerging platforms to identify new content opportunities
• Support content ideation with commercially informed insights
Who You Are
• Well-connected within the UK creative, marketing, or media landscape, with the ability to activate local networks
• Experience or strong interest in film production, branded content, commercials, or creative industries
• Capable of transforming relationships, leads, and industry contacts into partnership and project opportunities
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently
• Able to manage multiple conversations and projects simultaneously
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or other languages are a plus
• UK-based or able to collaborate remotely across time zones
