On behalf of Tesco Bank, AMS are now looking for a Senior Campaign Analyst based in Edinburgh for a 6- month contract. It will be a hybrid model.
Purpose of the role:
The Senior Campaign Analyst will support the CRM Data Team by delivering accurate campaign targeting, segmentation, and analysis to enhance customer communications. The role also involves migrating campaigns to a new CRM platform, ensuring targeting criteria, pipelines, and contact rules are accurately translated and optimised.
What you'll do:
* You'll be a part of our CRM Data Team that drives CRM data strategy. You'll work on the delivery and quality checking of campaign targeting and segmentation. You'll also analyse campaign effectiveness, implementing enhancements, championing our customers through a data led approach
* The role will involve migrating our campaigns and journeys from our current CRM tool into a new version. We will need you to understand the existing targeting criteria and translate this to work with new pipelines and customer contact rules
* You'll report to our CRM Data Team Lead, working with other experienced Senior Campaign Analysts and Campaign Analysts to deliver servicing and marketing Tesco Bank Customer Communications. You'll be working alongside the wider CRM team, Technology, Data Science, Product teams and our CRM partner Optimove to get things done
* Following on the job training, you will be required to work without supervision, providing technical and non-technical updates on project and campaigns status to relevant stakeholders. You will also be expected to form campaign and migration activity recommendations which allow stakeholders and our Data Lead to approve the scope and progress to implementation
The skills you'll need:
* Experience of migrating communication systems and project delivery
* Customer communication targeting and segmentation experience
* Relevant software experience - SAS/SQL and MS tools like Excel & PowerPoint
* Experience of Optimove, our CRM tool is highly desirable
* Experience in Banking or Financial services is desirable
